We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to coordinate daily care schedules for clients and caregivers across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Provide friendly, responsive support to everyone you connect with.
- Manage caregiver rosters to ensure consistent and effective coverage across all services.
- Respond swiftly to daily changes, proactively filling services due to cancellations or last-minute adjustments.
