Project Coordination Specialist

Job Summary:

As a seasoned professional in project coordination, you will play a pivotal role in driving program management, project planning, and reporting. You will be responsible for coordinating design development, procurement, and subcontractor packages to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate design development, procurement, and subcontractor packages
  • Drive program management, project planning, and reporting
  • Support site delivery teams in ensuring compliance, safety, and quality
  • Liaise with consultants, authorities, and stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve construction and design issues in real-time
  • Maintain strong commercial oversight, cost tracking, and contract management
  • Contribute to a collaborative, outcome-focused project culture

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer role
  • Proven track record on mid to high-rise residential or mixed-use projects
  • Strong understanding of construction methodology and buildability
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
  • High attention to detail, particularly with high-end architectural finishes
  • Previous experience on projects with complex requirements highly regarded
