**Job Summary**
Support the Customer Success Management team in various tasks, including:
- Analyzing customer needs and goals to deliver exceptional support
- Participating in meetings with customers, documenting discussions, and tracking actions
- Coordinating projects, managing data entry, and task execution
- Crafting customer-related communications
- Identifying and implementing improvements to customer experiences
- Collaborating with the Product team to inform priority decisions
- Working with the Growth team to support the sales pipeline
- Other ad-hoc tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- Empathy for business customers to understand and advocate for their needs
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in G-Suite or MS Office
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
**Career Development**
This is a junior role with potential for growth into a Customer Success Manager position over time. Previous experience is not required, but welcome if relevant.
