HR Systems Specialist

Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled HR systems specialist to support all HR operation functions. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of HR systems and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support managers and employees with Workday related queries, partnering with the HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition team, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll and Learning & Development.
  • Own Workday implementation to provide exceptional service and support to managers and employees.
  • Champion employee onboarding process, administration processing, data input and verification of required documentation for new starters and existing employees.
  • Monitor workflow related to Workday transactions via the MyHR ticketing system, providing recommendations for process improvement across the employment life cycle.
  • Provide guidance and training on Workday processes, workflow and relevant systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience using a HR system, CRM or another business-critical program. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and mastery in using a previous system.
  • Exceptional customer service and great communication ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Demonstrate initiative and examples of process improvement.
  • A happy-to-help attitude and desire to educate and empower stakeholders to be self-sufficient.
