
Employee Onboarding Coordinator

Our team is currently seeking a highly skilled Employee Onboarding Coordinator to join our organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Effectively onboarding new employees while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to compliance protocols.
- Facilitating internal employee movements and ensuring seamless transitions.
- Coordinating the mobilization of new contracts, prioritizing timely execution and attention to detail.
- Supporting a fast-paced environment with high volumes of work, adapting to changing circumstances as needed.
Key priorities also involve providing administrative support to the HR team, drafting employment contracts and letters, coordinating pre-employment checks, and maintaining employee files. Additional duties include responding to employment inquiries, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and providing system support when necessary.
Requirements for this role include:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
