Claims and Risk Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Claims and Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the claims process, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the claims process from receipt to resolution
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize losses and optimize outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to claims and risk management
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Education and Experience:
- Relevant degree in a field such as business, finance, or risk management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance claims and risk management
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
