The Claims Management Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-level customer service through effective claims management.
- Providing technical advice in personal injury and property liability claims.
- Identifying opportunities to exceed service level expectations and key performance indicators.
- Managing a portfolio of sensitive or high-risk claims according to regulatory guidelines.
- Sound experience in third party liability claims with at least 1 year's experience.
- Understanding and experience with application of various applicable State based legislation and regulation.
- Tertiary qualifications in law, business or insurance (desired).
