We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Director at our early learning centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Centre Director in providing high-quality early learning and care to our children.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise and leadership skills to inspire and motivate our centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. You will work closely with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful relationships with families, and actively engage with local community networks.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership role in early childhood education
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
