**Program Coordinator Senior Secondary Pathways Role Summary:**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our school as a Program Coordinator Senior Secondary Pathways. You will work collaboratively with the Principal and members of the leadership team to provide educational leadership within the school and the community.

As a Program Coordinator, you will promote and implement the school's vision and encourage school staff, volunteers, and community members to share ownership of the school's vision and goals.

You will provide direction and purpose to the whole College and build capacity and cohesion amongst staff within the Vocational Education and senior secondary pathways portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing educational leadership within the school and the community
  • Promoting and implementing the school's vision and strategic direction
  • Building capacity and cohesion amongst staff within the Vocational Education and senior secondary pathways portfolio

The successful applicant will have excellent knowledge and understanding of the Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE), Online Literacy and Numeracy Assessment (OLNA), vocational education and School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA) policy and procedures.
