What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of 20–50 legends and drive engagement and results.
- Manage rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from your Area Manager.
- Help your team thrive with regular check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to keep the Restaurant running smoothly.
