About The Position
  • As a leader, you will be responsible for motivating and coaching team members to achieve their best.
  • You will also oversee daily operations, including managing stock, monitoring inventory and minimizing losses.
  • Additionally, you will work closely with your team to deliver high customer satisfaction and ensure smooth store operations.
Responsibilities
  1. Develop the next generation of leaders by providing training and coaching to team members.
  2. Oversee the management of stock, inventory and losses.
  3. Work collaboratively with your team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  4. Assume responsibility for running the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
Requirements
  • Experience in leading teams, preferably in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire teammates and customers.
  • Able to support the Store Manager in achieving store results and drive business growth.
  • Professional and responsible approach to every situation.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
