Organisational Design Lead

This is a critical leadership role that oversees strategic operating model and workforce change management initiatives in a fast-paced media environment.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformational change across broadcast, digital, and content production functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing leader-led operating model change programs aligned with high-performance principles.
  • Partnering with senior leaders to facilitate transformational workforce change and develop effective relationships with People Business Partners.
  • Leading a small team of specialists to deliver impactful change outcomes and co-design People Transformation Playbooks tailored to the dynamic needs of the media industry.
  • Monitoring progress, escalating critical dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

Success Measures:

  • Effective delivery of people transformation milestones within agreed timelines.
  • Positive business and employee feedback around design workshops and change experience.
  • Playbooks embedded across media business units and adopted as part of BAU practice.
  • Improved culture and high-performance indicators as measured through internal feedback tools.
