Ministerial and Parliamentary Officer Role

This role involves serving in a dynamic environment within the government agency, requiring collaboration with APS4, 5, and 6 officers to achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate ministerial correspondence according to established requirements.
  • Exercise discretion and judgment in task management and prioritization.
  • Provide information and advice to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with senior agency officials and external agencies.
  • Contribute to guideline maintenance and improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
  • Possess working knowledge of ministerial and parliamentary processes.
  • Develop ability to continuously improve processes and expand knowledge within the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in coordinating ministerial and parliamentary material on relevant systems.
