About Our Philanthropy Role

We are seeking a skilled Philanthropy Manager to cultivate meaningful relationships with high net worth individuals and philanthropic advisors. This is an exciting opportunity to drive income growth through pipeline development, thoughtful stewardship, and strategic engagement.


Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop opportunities for major gifts to support our mission.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Cultivate and grow relationships with key supporters to drive income growth.
  • Apply thoughtful stewardship and strategic engagement techniques to build strong connections with our community.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • A proven track record of fundraising experience in the non-profit sector, preferably with 3+ years of experience.
  • Excellent relationship building skills, including pitching and presenting to high net worth individuals and philanthropic advisors.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and reports.
  • A creative and innovative approach to fundraising practice, with a focus on strategic engagement and stewardship.
  • High level of experience in successful prospecting, with a strong understanding of best practice engagement models.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and proposals.
