Part-Time Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional for a dual role as both Administrator and Bookkeeper.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment, can manage multiple responsibilities, and is eager to gain exposure to evolving agricultural technology, business growth, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping & Financial Support
    • Process invoices, perform data entry, and maintain accurate financial records
    • Assist with payments, reconciliations, and routine bookkeeping tasks
  • Reception & Office Administration
    • Assist customers with questions related to agricultural drones and our services
    • Manage office supplies, schedules, and general administrative duties
  • Microsoft Office Support
    • Utilize Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for various documentation and presentation needs

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in administration and/or bookkeeping
  • Familiarity with regional areas is an advantage, but not required
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a keen interest in evolving agricultural technology
