About the Role
As the Front Office Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the front office team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. You'll interact with guests, owners, and resort departments to provide exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Motivating and inspiring the front office team to deliver outstanding results
- Directing and promoting a positive working relationship between resort departments to foster teamwork and collaboration
- Leading the recruitment, hiring, and training of staff to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet budget guidelines
- Assisting the Resort Manager in planning, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven management abilities and a track record of success
- Availability and flexibility to meet with clients and ensure high standards are met, including working weekend shifts and public holidays
- Demonstrated experience in motivating, inspiring, training, coaching, and disciplining employees
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
- Ability to multitask and work productively in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Experience in resort hospitality management
