Job Title: Strategic Asset Management Leader

This is a pivotal role leading the asset management function across all sectors within the organisation. Key Responsibilities include establishing and implementing Asset Management frameworks and processes, networking for knowledge from outside the organisation and fostering collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Key Accountabilities include:
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to enhance portfolio performance and achieve business outcomes;
  • Leading and managing high-performing teams to deliver results-driven asset management solutions;
  • Establishing partnerships and networks to source knowledge and expertise from external sources.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in property, finance or a related field;
  • Minimum 15+ years' experience in property and extensive experience in asset management.
