Job Title

Portfolio Manager – Mid-North Coast Asset Services

The purpose of this role is to oversee a portfolio of assets, ensuring consistent standards and best practices in facilities management. The successful candidate will manage client relationships and serve as an escalation point when necessary.

About the Role:

  • Manage site operations, including scheduled and ad-hoc works, to ensure continuity of property services with minimum disruption to client business operations.
  • Monitor and implement asset management strategies to capture and deliver preventative maintenance services according to environmental and safety guidelines / legislative requirements and site asset requirements.
  • Conduct property condition audits as per contract requirements.
  • Identify and support implementation of cost savings, innovation, and best practices.
  • Evaluate risks and hazards associated with tasks and implement safety measures and systems in accordance with relevant legislation, policy, compliance, and customer safety requirements.
  • Proactively conduct regular stakeholder meetings to drive engagement, collaboration, and continual improvement through shared learnings.
  • Effectively manage all client, landlord, and supplier partner relationships.

About You:

  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in facilities management, preferably with both soft service and hard service expertise.
  • Knowledge of commercial property software systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong focus on client satisfaction and customer experience.
  • Trade qualifications and experience are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.) is essential.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills are crucial.
