As a Client Services Manager for your
**South East region**, you will embrace and share our values of

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Consumer Acquisition and Marketing Team (CAM), to ensure that all business objectives including budgeted targets concerning Occupancy, RAD’s and community engagement are met and exceeded. As a member of the CAM, you will be responsible for excellent consumer engagement across the organisation.
**Now that you have the basics of the role, we would love for you to read on and consider working in our collaborative and passionate CAM Team.**
You will be provided with a strong support structure, including a highly experienced Senior Client Services Manager and operational teams, and will be required to travel regularly between sites within SE Metropolitan Melbourne.
**Duties include**:
- Generating leads from industry referral sources and community engagement
- Facilitate successful client admissions and discharges
- Cross-refer clients to other BlueCross residences and Home Care services
- Manage waitlists and relationships with clients whilst on the waiting list
- Ensure all resident agreements are completed and distributed pre-admission
- Optimise the use of the Client Relationship Management tool (CRM)
- Facilitate transfers between Home Care and Residential services
No two days will be the same. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong mix of sales, administration excellence, rapport building, and relationship management with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
**We are looking for someone with**:
- Proven experience in a sales role from any industry (preferably from assisted selling)
- Ability to build relationships with various hospitals, clubs, retirement living
- Ability to follow up on leads to turn them into sales
- Current driver’s license and reliable motor vehicle
- Consultative approach with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Ability to understand and calculate financial arrangements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility - you will be responsible for driving sales across the SE metropolitan regions of Melbourne
- Driver's license, as you will be required to travel to different BlueCross residences
