Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a driven and dynamic professional to expand our reseller and solar retailer partnerships. If you have a passion for clean energy, enjoy building connections, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, this could be the perfect opportunity.

  • Required Expertise
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the solar or energy storage industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of solar and battery energy storage systems.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting (and exceeding) sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to work independently while maintaining strong connections with the broader team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed across Victoria.
The Role

This position plays a key role in driving growth across Victoria. Your mission is to build long-term strategic relationships with our reseller and solar retailer network, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets.
