Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our Adviser Solutions team in Victoria.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with adviser/dealer groups across Victoria, driving business development initiatives and achieving FUM inflow targets.
  • A key aspect of this role will be converting existing Managed Fund clients into Managed Accounts, as well as developing and implementing strategies to deepen adviser engagement.
  • Representing the company at industry events and forums, building competitor and market intelligence will also be essential components of this position.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in retail/wholesale distribution, preferably in funds management or platform.
  • Strong networks in Victoria with proven business development success.
  • RG146 accreditation is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are required.
  • A passion for financial markets and a consultative sales style is essential.
