We're growing, and we're looking for a driven Area Sales Manager to take ownership of our Victoria & Tasmania territory.

The Role Own your territory – Develop and grow the Victoria & Tasmania portfolio through proactive lead generation, in-clinic demonstrations, and strategic account management.
Drive revenue growth – Meet and exceed sales targets across our premium portfolio of aesthetic devices.
Be a trusted partner – Build lasting relationships by providing expert advice, product education, and tailored business solutions.
Spot opportunities – Identify new prospects and create customised proposals to meet their business goals.
What You'll Bring5+ years' sales experience, ideally in medical aesthetics, capital equipment, or B2 B sales with a proven track record.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Confidence in both hunting for new business and nurturing existing accounts.
High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and commercial awareness.
Ability to travel across VIC and TAS as needed.
