Project Scheduler Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project team members with the planning, execution and monitoring of project schedules.
  • Conduct thorough schedule analysis activities to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure successful day-to-day management of project schedules.
  • Maintain accurate project schedule baselines and communicate any variances to senior management.
  • Perform regular quality assurance checks on project schedules to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program management schedules.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering ICT Project Management, Release Management or Scheduling services in a technology-driven environment.
  • Success in leading high-performing teams with regular cadence (e.g. sprints/retrospectives, planning sessions) and maintaining them on track.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Products including MS Project/PWA (Project Web Access) and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of various project methodologies including Agile, Scaled Agile and Lean.
  • Desirable: Change Management experience.
