Senior Project Manager and Schedule Coordinator

This key role is pivotal in delivering administrative support to project teams, overseeing the development of schedules to measure and record progress throughout the project lifecycle.
The successful applicant will contribute to the delivery and maintenance of core domain documentation, collaborate with key resources, and ensure the success of projects.
Main Responsibilities:- Create and maintain project schedules to ensure timely achievement of milestones and deadlines.
- Identify potential project schedule delays, report, escalate, and facilitate intervention consistent with contracted timeframes.
- Prepare project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
- Support project planning, resource allocation, and coordination with project managers and team members.
- Relevant qualifications in Project Management and/or experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, PMBOK).
- Proven high-level organisational and time management skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities and effectively deliver timely, accurate and high-quality work.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship and interpersonal skills.
