The Role

We are seeking a Territory Manager for our Upper Extremities division in Adelaide, South Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strategically promoting and selling Stryker products to meet our customers' needs. You will manage your territory, become a product expert, and provide clinical and technical expertise in the hospital setting.

Responsibilities
  • Strategically promote and sell Stryker products to meet customer needs
  • Manage territory and become a product expert
  • Provide clinical and technical expertise in the hospital setting
  • Solve product problems using product knowledge and quick thinking
  • Be present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff
  • Manage and maintain sample inventory of products
Requirements
  • Experience and exposure to sales negotiation and business development practices
  • Strong desire to make a mark in a territory with high growth potential
  • Previous track record of exceptional performance in medical device sales (preferred)
  • Knowledge of the medical/hospital markets (preferred)
