We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong track record in governance, finance, and aged care sectors. The successful applicants will be responsible for providing expert financial stewardship, ensuring compliance, risk management, and effective decision-making.

  • About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) certification, and/or experience working within a governing body. Strong knowledge of the Australian Aged Care system, including reforms and funding models, is also advantageous.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Attend and actively participate in board meetings
  2. Contribute to strategic planning and organisational oversight
  3. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
  4. Champion quality care and client-centered services
  5. Support good governance and ethical leadership
