Job Title:

Clinical Governance Specialist

About the Role:

The Clinical Governance Specialist works within a team to support the effective planning, development, implementation, and review of clinical governance frameworks, processes, and information systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the design and delivery of clinical networks, engagement, accreditation, quality improvement, and credentialing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to enable effective workflows and processes that support clinical network engagement, accreditation, quality improvement, and credentialing functions.
Selection Criteria:

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and qualities:

  • Proven experience in clinical governance or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Benefits:

This is a permanent full-time position, working 76 hours per fortnight. The salary range is $98,255 to $103,069 per annum. Our employer contributes 12% superannuation on top of this amount.
