About the Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Director of Care, you will mentor, educate, develop and lead staff in providing high-quality professional and personalized clinical care. Your key responsibilities include monitoring, reporting and developing services within your clinical workload, with the objective of exceeding appropriate standards of care and compliance.

About You

We seek an individual with:

  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the aged care industry and respective legislation and compliance
  • Ability to work across and develop new clinical streams, including primary health and subacute sectors
  • Thorough understanding of current clinical governance frameworks and capacity to implement them
  • High-level skills in human, financial, asset and information resource management to achieve strategic direction

Key requirements include passion, initiative, resourcefulness, resilience, adaptability, flexibility and excellent time management, as well as leadership capabilities and good computer skills.
