Experienced board members are sought to contribute to the strategic direction and governance of a leading provider of in-home aged care and disability services.

The role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in finance, accounting, and investment, as well as experience in aged care and disability services.

  • Treasurer - responsible for financial oversight and providing expert financial stewardship.
  • Chair of the Risk & Governance Committee - responsible for leading the Risk & Governance Committee and ensuring strong compliance, risk management, and governance frameworks.
  • Board Member - contributing to the overall governance and strategic direction of the organisation.

The successful applicants will be expected to have tertiary qualifications, AICD qualification, or equivalent experience working within a governing body. Knowledge of the Australian aged care system, including reforms and funding models, is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and actively participate in board and committee meetings.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and organisational oversight.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Champion quality care and client centred services.
  • Support good governance and ethical leadership.
