Business Development Representative Role

This position is at the top of the sales funnel, generating new business opportunities. As a Business Development Representative, you will prospect through inbound and outbound efforts to source potential customers in assigned sales territories.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching accounts, identifying key contacts, and conducting personalized outreach to source new business opportunities.
  • Converting Marketing Qualified Leads into new opportunities by effectively following up with engaged prospects.
  • Establishing relationships with senior business executives, understanding their companies, challenges, and how Cornerstone can address their needs.
  • Collaborating with regional sales managers and field marketing specialists to define and execute a joint prospecting strategy.
  • Meting and exceeding pipeline generating goals.
  • Maintaining consideration for privacy and security obligations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
