Career Opportunity Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team at Teachers Health. As a key member of our Member Experience team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing campaigns that support our initiatives to engage our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute eDM campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support Member Experience initiatives for Teachers Health, Nurses & Midwives Health, UniHealth and subsidiary businesses.
  • Design and build eDM assets such as templates, banners, and graphics, ensuring consistency with our brand and enhancing the visual appeal of communications.
  • Analyse eDM performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and relevant regulations, including data protection and privacy laws, to protect member information.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience working in digital paid advertising
  • Experience in building and optimising eDM campaigns, including hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud required).
