About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Global Payroll Sales to lead our team in APAC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and scale in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and scale the Global Sales team in APAC
  • Lead a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure quota attainment

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a 2nd line leader in a sales organization
