About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand the value of our Global HR-Payroll products. You will work collaboratively with our Product and Product Marketing teams to advance our Global Payroll strategy and enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our global sales team to provide trusted advisory services to clients and prospects, helping them tailor our payroll solution to meet their specific needs
  • Develop a deep understanding of client technical requirements and convey the business value of our Global Payroll solution
  • Deliver technical demonstrations for prospects that address their specific objectives
  • Create and maintain technical content to assist Sales in building value outside of demos
  • Provide customer feedback to our Product and Engineering teams to advance our product strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with local labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards for specific countries
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our features, functionalities, and limitations

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with expertise in HRIS and Global Payroll
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
  • Exceptional knowledge of payroll processes in multiple countries, with the ability to quickly adapt to new regions
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Our Hybrid Office Model allows for 3 days of in-office work per week. We prioritize candidate safety and only communicate through official @rippling.com addresses.
