Job DescriptionSales & Operations Planning Lead

The Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Lead will drive alignment across demand forecasting, supply planning, production orders, and shipping to meet wholesale and sales objectives. This role requires a leader who can oversee vehicle production orders, shipments, and inventory management, while ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the S&OP process, including reflection, forecasting, and supply planning.
  • Align demand forecasts, sales plans, and production orders with stakeholders.
  • Oversee vehicle production orders, shipments, and inventory management.
  • Prepare detailed reporting on forecasting accuracy, stock analysis, and operations.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders and ensure vehicle compliance and registrations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need extensive experience in S&OP or supply chain roles, strong analytical skills and data reporting expertise, proven leadership in stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and decision-making, SAP experience and automotive industry knowledge are advantageous.
