Product Planning and Promotions Role

Our client, a leading player in the automotive and industrial tool and equipment industry, is seeking a talented professional to drive their product planning and promotional activities to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute long-term sales plans and promotional strategies to boost business growth and manage inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product teams, and purchasing for cohesive operations and to create and manage product bundles that optimise margins and excite customers.
  • Play a crucial role in annual conference events, managing pre-orders and promotional packs, and oversee fast-moving promotional programs to maintain continuous sales activity.
  • Collaborate with the global team to adapt and implement successful programs in the Australian market.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to create and execute retail or wholesale product-based programs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Office Excel and Tableau for reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Preference given to those with experience in automotive-related products such as tools, diagnostic equipment, vehicle components, etc.
