We are seeking a highly skilled Urban Planning Strategist to join our team at EBR. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for leading the development of strategic plans for urban growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in urban planning, with experience in leading teams and managing complex projects. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for urban growth and development
  • Leading a team of planners and engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that projects meet the needs of the community
  • Managing commercial risks and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in urban planning or a related field
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
