The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners to secure funding and resources
  • Manage and maintain our client management system to ensure effective tracking of partnerships and revenue streams
  • Plan and execute events and activities that build community connections and promote our brand
  • Represent our organization at external events and speaking engagements
  • Support all marketing and communication activities to maintain and grow our brand awareness

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in fundraising and/or marketing
  • Experience in developing new business initiatives in the community sector to increase organizational sustainability and revenue
  • Strong written communication and analytical skills, including attention to detail
  • Understanding of donor/customer relationship management databases
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
