Job Overview

As a Senior User Experience Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience journey for various industries. This long-term project requires an individual with exceptional communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with diverse groups, including product managers, architects, developers, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of creative thinkers and proactive individuals who pioneer innovative solutions. You will drive discovery, research, and data synthesis to identify critical user insights and formulate hypotheses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the UX capability within the project team.
  • Drive discovery, research, and data synthesis to identify critical user insights and formulate hypotheses.
  • Facilitate workshops, engaging in co-design and ideation with stakeholders.
  • Communicate and be an influential voice in shaping and positioning ideas for customer and organisational impact.
  • Shape, wireframe, prototype, validate, and test product solutions.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you must have over 5 years of prior work as an Experience Design Lead or equivalent experience in an agency/consulting practice or within the public sector. You should possess excellent grounding in User Experience methods and creative problem-solving. Strong skills in facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management are essential.

Additionally, you should have experience in audits and competitive benchmarking. Proficiency in qualitative/quantitative user research and analytics, including user testing on prototypes, is necessary. You must also be able to define UX success metrics for client and business impact.
