Job Title: Senior Design Strategist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Strategist to drive innovation and excellence in our administration experiences. This role will impact how administrators manage user accounts, app & data lifecycles, security, compliance, and more.

This position is responsible for leading cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineers, and designers to identify and solve customer pain points, aligning user needs with business priorities across the organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive systems design thinking to simplify complex workflows and improve UX/UI patterns.
  • Maintain high visual design standards for cohesive and engaging designs.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to solve customer pain points and align user needs with business priorities.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on complex systems, enterprise SaaS, or scalable design solutions.
  • Deep expertise in systems design thinking, with a proven track record of creating and extending scalable design models, patterns, and frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, using research, data insights, and design thinking to drive user-centered outcomes.
