Requirements

A successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product design using industry-standard tools and best practices. They should be adept at thriving in agile, fast-paced environments and comfortable approaching challenges with a solutions-focused mindset.

They will have strengths in crafting compelling visual and strategic visions, passion for fostering a collaborative design culture that aligns with product and business goals, and strength in building partnerships, growing high-performing teams, and providing mentorship to designers.
