As a lead UX strategist, you'll drive user experience transformation, lead UX vision and strategy, and build out research and design ops practices. You'll work closely with cross-functional peers and talented designers who prioritize user needs and deliver beautiful experiences.

  • Lead UX Strategy and Vision: Drive end-to-end design processes, defining UX strategies and visions that meet business goals.
  • Customer Journey Development: Deliver customer journeys, storyboards, user stories, wireframes, and prototypes that meet user needs.
  • Research and Insights: Lead research studies, facilitating workshops, gathering insights, and synthesizing data to inform design decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Influence stakeholder relationships through collaboration and UX thought leadership.
  • Design Culture and Operations: Partner with the Head of UX on design culture and operations, growing our research practice and increasing UX maturity across the business.

About You:

  • Over 10 years of experience as a Senior or Lead Designer in complex problem spaces.
