First Aid Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced First Aid Trainer to join our team at Real Response. As a First Aid Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering simulation-based emergency response training courses to a variety of organizations across Australia and potentially abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver simulation-based emergency response training courses to clients
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of emergency response procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with our team to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in emergency response training
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced First Aid Trainer who has a strong background in emergency response and a passion for delivering high-quality training. You will have a proven track record of delivering training programs that meet the needs of clients and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Current police check (or willingness to acquire)
- Current working with children's check (or willingness to acquire)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 / TAE40122 (or willingness to undertake this prior to employment)
- Strong background in emergency response and a passion for delivering high-quality training
