Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to contribute to the company's business objectives
  • Elevate suitably experienced and qualified staff through a robust succession planning policy
  • Collaborate with Finance to establish and review salary/structure advice
  • Oversee and manage Work Health & Safety to ensure compliance with state and federal legislation
  • Design and execute learning and development policies, procedures, and tools
  • Provide training, consultation, and support to managers in Performance Management, ensuring ongoing compliance and consistency
  • Review and monitor recruitment tools and strategy to meet business needs
  • Set strategic KPIs and guidelines for the performance review process

Requirements:

  • Qualification in HR Management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Employment legislation, Workplace Relations, EEO, and OHS legislation
  • Familiarity with valuation/property industry processes and procedures is desirable
  • Sound knowledge and competency regarding information security risks to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
