Client Service Coordinator Role

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service to both internal and external clientele. Your responsibilities will include liaising with staff and clients to ensure the delivery of exemplary administration support and client service.

This is a full-time opportunity based in our Brisbane CBD office. We are seeking a professional individual who is eager to learn and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you have a passion for supporting others and a desire to grow your career, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional client service to both internal and external clientele
  • Providing accounting practice support
  • Working with Partners, Managers, and Accountants
  • Accessing MyGov and ATO portals and providing various reports
  • Maintaining contact with clients both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Setting up new clients and updating client details in our databases and portals
  • Liaising with external bodies e.g. ATO, ASIC
  • Preparing general client correspondence
  • Providing assistance with Teams and Zoom meetings
  • General administration duties and support to the team as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an administration or client services role
  • Experience in MS Office, Outlook, Teams/Zoom, and MYOB will be advantageous
  • Eager and ready to learn
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A high level of personal presentation and a professional approach
  • Highly organized and a natural planner
  • Client-focused, with a willingness to help and positive attitude
  • Confidential with sensitive information
