Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Senior Client Services Specialist in Queensland, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process superannuation administration work items from start to finish.
  • Support senior staff by contributing to project work and improving processes.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders and colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Document and update processes, including checklists and milestone tracking.
  • Report on monthly work volumes, SLA adherence, and identify potential issues for management.

About the Role:

  • Prior experience in the superannuation or financial services industry is essential.
  • Knowledge of superannuation legislation is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service or dispute resolution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for maintaining reports and documentation.
  • A team-oriented approach, with the ability to collaborate and support colleagues.
