Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional service to clients and support financial advisors in delivering quality advice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, responding to queries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage client onboarding, ensuring accurate and timely completion of necessary documentation
  • Assist financial advisors with preparing client reports and presentations
  • Support the financial planning process by preparing financial plans, investment recommendations, and reviews
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient business operations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry
  • Xplan software experience is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Relevant qualifications in financial planning or a related field
