Client Services Coordinator Position

We are seeking a seasoned Client Services Coordinator to support our ongoing growth. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing exceptional client care through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Managing daily operations, including phone calls, meeting bookings, staff diaries, and event planning.

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar position within the public practice sector.
  • Proficiency in using Xero, MYOB, BGL360, and DocuSign software.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
  • A high level of attention to detail, combined with autonomy and teamwork capabilities.
