**Job Opportunity in Tax Team**:

This role presents a chance to join a well-established Top 20 Accounting firm as part of the tax team, with excellent growth prospects.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Provide client service to internal and external clients.
- Manage client WIP alongside Partners, Managers and Accountants.
- Offer practice support for the firm.
- Utilise MyGov and ATO portals to provide reports.
- Conduct face-to-face and phone meetings with clients to maintain and build relationships.
- Client setup/update in database and portals.
- Lodgement of Income Tax Returns and BAS.
- Preparation and sending of end of month bills.
- Liaison with ATO and ASIC.
- Preparation of general client correspondence.
- Set up and provide assistance with Teams/Zoom.
- General administration.
- The ideal candidate will have minimum one year administration/client services experience in an accounting firm/professional services firm (or commercial equivalent) or law firm.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Teams/Zoom and MYOB AE is also required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- High level of personal presentation and professional approach are necessary for this role.
