About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical or Engineer to join our team as a Due Diligence Manager, Apjc Risk. As a key member of our AWS Infrastructure Services team, you will play a leading role in guiding the expansion of AWS facilities and services in new and existing regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead due diligence assessments and site selection risk analysis to ensure the resilience of AWS infrastructure.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the APAC organization to shape the future of AWS' infrastructure growth and evolving risk landscape.
  • Develop and implement risk-based mitigation recommendations to secure funding and manage projects to successful resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and manage external consultants and subject matter experts to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Travel up to 25% to international destinations across APAC.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Multidisciplinary concept/preliminary design experience.
  • Background in either Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a technical field, such as civil, electrical, mechanical, or architectural design.
  • Solid understanding of local standards and council design standards.
  • Chartered engineer or architect with accredited institute.
