Front Office Duty Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Duty Manager to join our team at Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific. As a key member of our global company, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our Reception desk.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to owners and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the Reception desk, including registration, administration, and guest issues.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team to promote high levels of customer service.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- A dynamic and inclusive work environment where you can grow and develop your skills.

- Proven experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems, with Opera preferred.
